His professional experiences have afforded him the opportunity to travel the world working with, influencing, and bringing together political and business leaders. His attention to detail and ability to consistently meet and exceed desired deliverables has helped him gain the confidence of those leaders. Additionally, his ability to clearly and concisely set expectations and deliver project success has benefited all parties involved.

He has high-level expertise working in Government Relations, External Affairs, Public Policy, Business Relations, Regulatory Affairs, Political Campaign Management, NGO Management, and Operations roles across several major industries and with people from all walks of life.

Biography

Peter F. Murray (Pete) is a veteran Government Affairs Consultant, External Affairs Director, Businessman, Campaign and Operations leader with over 15-years’ experience.

Pete has worked in the public and private sectors representing interests in energy, transportation, education, insurance, IT, environment, criminal justice, tax, construction, and healthcare. Pete is a veteran of two Governor’s Offices and one Presidential Administration working with White House Operations and directly for a Cabinet Member serving on the agency’s leadership team. Pete has used his professional experience and leadership to help guide multiple start-ups, and has assisted in advising companies trying to relocate to more business friendly environments.

Pete is a graduate of Florida State University where he studied Criminology/Criminal Justice and received varsity letters as a member of the Basketball team and the Track & Field team. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the FSU Varsity Club. Pete lives in the Ybor City area of Tampa, Florida with his wife, Rachel, and their golden retriever, Argos.
